The kid loved the bunk bed, and our room was just the right size for what I paid. It’s very close to the station. The staff were helpful, especially Omar, who sorted out luggage storage for us. He was warm and friendly and answered all our questions.

We arrived early as a group, and the staff treated us very nicely. Omar welcomed us at reception and was kind and ready to help. We were all very happy with his attitude and the service. The hotel is well equipped.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. Our room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and really helpful. The location worked well for me. I’d definitely stay again and would try other Ibis Hotels.

We spent two days here and plan to return. I had a balcony looking out toward the train station, with an amazing sunset. Great hotel and location. Breakfast did the job, though it can get a bit busy and doesn’t offer much variety.

I left my AirPods at the hotel and emailed to ask if they could send them back. Omar at reception replied quickly and was incredibly nice, and my AirPods arrived in good condition. My stay in Strasbourg is one I won’t forget, and thanks to Omar I can still listen to music with my headphones. Thank you, Omar, the best receptionist in the world.
