We liked the breakfast we added for 10€ per person. It had everything we needed: fresh baguettes, butter, vegetables, cheese, ham, yogurt, croissants, and more, all tasty. The staff were also very polite and friendly. The room, though, was cold when we came in February after a full day sightseeing in the cold. Luckily, there was an external heater we could switch on.

For 60€ in the September low season, I couldn't ask for more. The room was small and basic, but clean, and the location is right in the centre of Strasbourg. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful.

The rooms are basic, but clean and well appointed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Even with my poor French, they understood what I needed. It's a lovely little hotel in the city centre, with an amazing location near Gare SNCF and the Cathedral. I'll stay again if I visit Strasbourg.

You may come across reports of bad experiences, as you can anywhere, but my own stay was nothing but great. The staff were so lovely, and the hotel was very nice. The rooms are a good size and have large bathrooms. I can't recommend it enough.

The location was good, and the woman at reception was helpful. The rest was rough: the beds felt low quality, the place was dirty, and the breakfast was very poor. We had to wait for a table, and there was barely anything to eat. With no lift and very difficult stairs, it wasn't worth it.
