I rented an apartment here for a few days and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials. The bathroom was my favorite, it was spacious and had little stones in the shower. There’s air conditioning, and you can rent a parking space. I’d book here again if I return to Strasbourg.

If a clean room matters to you, I can’t recommend this place. The front desk staff were very kind, but I couldn’t get in touch with management. We’d booked a small apartment for 400 euros a night and arrived at night to find the sheets disgustingly dirty, with hair, blood stains, and black marks. We asked the front desk for help, but the replacement sheets were dirty too. We struggled to reach management, so we contacted the online booking site and left that same night. We weren’t going to sleep in that filth. Unfortunately, they’ll still charge us 400 euros for a room we left immediately without sleeping in.

The rooms were roomy and comfortable, and the little pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were clean and enjoyable. The light breakfast felt a bit pricey for what it was: a few pastries, fruit, cereal, and juice. The location was convenient, with a train stop just meters away. There were also several restaurants and coffee shops a short walk from the hotel.

There seemed to be more development work to do, as our room was short on furnishings. An armchair or two would have been welcome. The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Peaceful, clean, and safe, with a nice location and amazing hosts. The service was tidy, and it’s right by the tram station. Seems suitable for people of any age.
