I had a problem with my key card and couldn't get into my room, but someone on the staff call line sorted it out quickly. The room was clean enough, the bed was fine, and breakfast was okay, I've had worse. The rooms could have used renovation two or three years ago. I stayed for one night in December and it was fine, though pretty expensive because of the Christmas market. The place isn't as awful as some reviews make out.
The staff were friendly and the place was clean, and I had a good stay despite a couple of problems. WiFi kept cutting out, so I used my own data most of the time. Check-in at 5 p.m. is much too late. It's outside the city center, but the tram connection is good.
I spent one night here while moving. It was comfortable and quiet, and the price was much lower than the Ibis across the street.
This is a budget apartment hotel with everything we needed, and the service was excellent. Two tram stops are an easy walk away, and you can ride from there into town.
The service was bad, and our room could have been cleaner. It's a long way from the city.
