The location is a real plus, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s on a very quiet street, and there are easy places around the area to stop and unload your car. Breakfast is offered, though we didn’t have it. The hotel has a modern, simple look, but there are signs of wear from frequent use. Our room was very small and seemed better suited to one person than two. We booked a double through Booking.com and got two small beds pushed together. I don’t know whether that was a hotel mistake, so I’m just mentioning it for anyone booking; I’m not rating them on that. The outside was fairly clean, but the shower was in poor shape, and the bathroom sink drain was frustrating. There was also a locked door in the room that made us uncomfortable. Room upkeep needs attention. There’s no hotel parking. The reception can give access to nearby street parking for €12 a day. You get a card, but there’s a refundable €100 deposit in case it’s lost, and you need a physical bank card for the process. I can’t explain why those requirements apply, but that’s what the staff told us.

The bed was amazing, and the room was spacious, very comfortable, and clean. The staff gave us great service too. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Getting here from the airport was easy: bus, then a five-minute walk. I stayed four nights and liked the clean, practical room, with a comfortable bed, two desks and chairs, a nice shower, and a kitchenette. The front-desk staff were pleasant. There’s no bar for an evening drink, only a breakfast room.

You can walk to the city center or catch a bus from the nearby stop, and the location is great. The staff were lovely, the rooms were nice, and the place feels modern, fairly new, and well looked after. There was everything we needed for a nice stay in Toulouse. Best stay in Toulouse for me, and I recommend it! A small suggestion: keep an eye on the walls, furniture, and tiles so the rooms stay appealing.
