Résidence Kley Toulouse

I lived in the residence for over 18 months, and it was a pleasure to stay there. The rooms are clean and well furnished, and it’s one of the best places to live in Toulouse. Everyone at the welcome desk and the rest of the staff are welcoming, friendly, and understanding. Whenever there’s a problem, they do what they can to help.

The residence has a lively, creative feel, and I was really happy there during the year and a half I lived there. The friendly staff, community atmosphere, facilities, free sports classes, inexpensive baskets of fresh fruit and vegetables, and little shop all made a difference. It was also handy knowing someone could accept online deliveries for you. It’s a bit of a trek from the center, though there’s a bus stop right outside that connects to the metro, so you can get downtown in about 20 minutes. It may cost more than other places in Toulouse, but it worked well for me as a foreigner who needed a place to stay without having all the paperwork required to rent an apartment in France.

I stayed for over a year and a half and was very happy with it. The rooms are modern and practical, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I’d gladly recommend this residence to anyone thinking of staying here.

The people here are lovely, and being only seven minutes from my university is a big reason I’ve stayed. My friends are the other reason. But a lot of things are missing, and the place doesn’t feel safe. I’ve had to change my mattress several times, and it’s still uncomfortable. There’s been a thief around for a while without anyone catching him. The doors have been opening without a badge for almost a year; when we complain, they say they’re trying to fix it. The security guard doesn’t know the residence’s name and can’t access the cameras, which seems odd. The cameras don’t cover the whole residence, and there are none outside.
