We had a stressful mishap and found ourselves in Tolouse at midnight without a hotel. The icare came through with a room at the last minute. The room was good, with excellent air conditioning during the heat wave and a lovely view. It made a very strange, stressful situation much better, and the staff were great.

The service was friendly, and the location is good. Still, there was hair on the floor and on the towels when we arrived, and the rooms weren't done up particularly well. If you need a spotless room, don't stay here.

I stayed here for quite a while while looking for a place. The staff and manager were amazing, kind, caring, and very professional. The hotel was recently refurbished, and the rooms were a decent size, clean, and double-glazed twice over for a quiet night's sleep. Very nice and welcoming. I'd recommend it to anyone needing a hotel in Toulouse.

Friendly staff, a good price, and good air conditioning, which was a godsend in temperatures over 30 degrees. The hotel was clean, too. My one annoyance was having to leave my room key at reception every time I went out, though someone was always there. Better than the Ibis hotel down the road.

Service was great, though the room wasn't the best. It did the job for our weekend away. Central Toulouse is about a ten-minute walk, and the airport is a 15-minute taxi ride away. Cheap and convenient if you're on a small budget and mainly need somewhere to sleep.
