Breakfast was good quality, though the choices were limited. The rooms were clean and mostly fine if you get along with your neighbors, but they're small, as are the beds if you're sharing. There's not much of a kitchenette. It's outside the city center in an area I didn't love, though buses go to and from the center. The layout is confusing: you can pay to use the garage, but reaching your room means going outside, then taking the stairs to reception or entering a code on a keypad with no screen or feedback.

We were there for three nights. The room was clean, but it smelled as if someone had just smoked in it, maybe the previous guests. Thanks for the smartphoto discount. We paid for delivery, and the photo album is small but cute.

For 115 euros a night for a single room, this felt like a two-star hotel charging three-star prices. Even toilet paper costs extra, along with extra towels and sheets, which you could buy for less at Carrefour. Don't expect much in the room: no hair dryer, kettle, or other facilities. It wasn't even clean, and I found an orange mark on one of the sheets. A very unsatisfying stay.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are generally friendly. Still, my friends and I all lost most of our deposits over what seemed like bogus reasons, such as limescale on the tap. You can see in the attached photo how little limescale there was. As a student, I wouldn't say it's worth being treated that way.

The staff were really friendly, breakfast was great, and the location worked well for visiting the Loire châteaux nearby. The accommodation itself is basic but adequate for a short stay. In summer it gets hot, and there’s only a fan.
