Excellent.

A great restaurant with a water view is just 100 meters away, and shops are about 300 meters off, close enough to reach easily but far enough that there’s no noise. The beach is also only 100 meters from the residence. The place is brand new and very clean, set at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it’s quiet. Every room looks out over the water. The apartments are well equipped, the Wi-Fi works very well, and there’s parking on site. All the staff are friendly and accommodating.

I was very happy with studio #12 at Résidence Kaouane. It was clean, a good size, had hot water, and a magnificent view, probably the best one. The kitchen was fine for making simple meals, and there’s secure parking. The location is beautiful and close to beaches, restaurants, car rentals, and everything else. I recommend it 100%.

We felt safe at the residence and in the neighborhood, and the reception staff were very friendly. The apartment was clean, the elevator was convenient, and the large balcony was the highlight: a wonderful view of the sea, sailboats, and sunsets. The place is very well located in a quiet neighborhood, just steps from beautiful Anse Mitan beach and close to restaurants, cafes, the marina, grocery and convenience stores, car rental, and the ferry to Fort-de-France. We stayed for seven days. The kitchen is fully equipped, though bring sugar, salt, pepper, and oil if you plan to cook, plus large Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine. The apartment wasn’t cleaned during our stay, but the towels were changed once after three days. Washcloths weren’t provided, so I’d bring your own. The open shower in the middle of the bathroom left the floor wet all the time, which could be dangerous, though it’s a minor issue. Also, reception closes early, so let them know ahead if you’ll arrive in the evening. We’ll be back!
