We found the self check-in a bit confusing at first, but after about 10 minutes of trying, we got into the hotel. It’s a clean, simple little place in a great spot near the old town. Breakfast is basic, but that’s perfectly fine.

I’m in Troyes almost every week for work and usually stay one night. Since finding this hotel, I’ve stayed here every week. It’s clean, well priced, conveniently located, and excellent value, with especially good service. The lady at reception is always welcoming and nice. A coffee machine in the room would be the one thing I’d like them to improve. They could also offer snacks or something to eat in the room if they wanted to make it feel more premium.

It’s handy for travel, close to the highway, and you can check in at any time. The room didn’t impress me much, though. It was noisy and not very clean.

We had a very nice stay. Valerie looked after us as well as you’d expect at any five-star hotel. Thanks 🙏

The room had everything I needed and was really comfortable, even though it felt a little small by the standards I’m used to in Mexico. What stood out most was the service: everyone I dealt with was helpful and kind. I’d definitely recommend it.
