The views of the coast are unbelievably good. Christophe has thought of pretty much everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and bathroom are well fitted, and there's a walk-in wardrobe. I especially liked the shutters, which made the room pitch dark for sleeping. Monte Carlo is a short drive away, and parking across the road is easy.

We fit four people comfortably for four days in this flat, which works like a two-bedroom place thanks to the pull-out couch. The kitchen is functional, there's a big closet for bags and clothes, and both TVs work fine. The view over the bay at Nice is great. The main drawback is the fairly busy road outside. There's quite a bit of noise day and night, though the speed camera opposite seems to keep it from becoming uncomfortable. The bathroom and toilet windows also face the road, which made us feel like drivers could see in. We checked from the street and couldn't see anything. It was a good stay. If I come back to Nice, I'd consider staying in the flat again if it were available.
