We stayed here over New Year's Eve. The room was okay, but nothing special. I left my charger and cable behind. It took several calls and two weeks before they emailed me a photo so I could confirm the items were mine and agree to pay €22 postage. Four weeks on, they still haven't been sent. The hotel blames the postal company, but the postal company says the hotel never dropped off the package. Now it looks like my charger and cable are missing. Really bad service. The staff don't speak English well, and they didn't follow through when they said they'd call or email me back. Avoid this place.

The breakfast was excellent, and we liked the room. It's a modern hotel and very convenient for Decathlon Stadium, though the Lille suburb is very quiet when there's nothing happening at the stadium. The mattress felt rather hard, and while the underground parking is handy, it's expensive, probably because of the stadium nearby.

On my first visit, the hotel didn't apply my Radisson Rewards VIP membership room-upgrade benefit, even though it was pretty empty. Eight days later, on my second stay, they wouldn't check me in because they said a standard room was only for two people. We had our 11-year-old daughter with us, and that hadn't been an issue on the first visit. The hotel was empty again, so I cancelled the stay. I won't trust Park Inn again. I've never had problems with other Radisson hotels.

They're charging Radisson prices, but not delivering. The wifi only works sometimes, there's hardly any aircon, and there's no fridge in the room. A liter of water costs 7 euros. After housekeeping, we didn't get fresh towels. I can't recommend this hotel.

I'm travelling from Taiwan and want to thank Sofiane, one of the wonderful staff members. Our tour group ran into trouble with a locked room door, and he kindly helped us sort it out. His warm smile made the trip unforgettable. Merci beaucoup, Sofiane! You added extra joy to my time in France. Thank you so much!
