Dify Art Deco - Charpennes

The apartment at Dify Berlioz Charpennes had dust hanging from the light fixtures, mold on the roller shutters and a damaged shower screen. The shutter remote had dead batteries, which left us in a dark apartment throughout our visit. We even had to buy toilet paper at a local supermarket. I’d never needed to do that in a rental before. Management had promised in writing weeks before our arrival that the bed linens would be replaced, but they didn’t follow through. I sent photos of the conditions as requested and tried reaching management by WhatsApp, email and phone. None of those attempts got a meaningful reply. Their silence showed no accountability or concern for our issues. This stay at Dify Berlioz Charpennes was deeply disappointing. The apartment was unhygienic, basic supplies were missing and things were broken. Management did nothing to address it, so I can’t recommend the property and would never return. I’ll file formal complaints with Booking.com and share photographic evidence. Bookers should know what they may find here.
