Dify City - Charpennes

At Dify Berlioz-Charpennes, I found dust hanging from the light fixtures, mold on the roller shutters and a damaged shower screen. The remote for the shutters had dead batteries, so we were stuck in a dark apartment during our visit. We also had to buy our own toilet paper at a local supermarket, which I’ve never had to do in any rental before. Weeks before we arrived, management promised in writing to replace the bed linens, but that never happened. I tried contacting management through WhatsApp, email and phone, but got no meaningful response. I sent all the photos they requested to document the conditions and still heard nothing. The lack of response and accountability was incredibly frustrating. I can’t recommend this place. The hygiene, broken fixtures, missing basic supplies and lack of customer service were all unacceptable, and management made no effort to fix any of it. I’ll be filing formal complaints with Booking.com and sharing the photos so future guests know what they might encounter. I wouldn’t stay here again, ever.
