We got one towel for two people and no floor towel. Reception was ignorant and unfriendly. I often stay with the IHG group, and I hope they remove this hotel.

After our flight was cancelled, we had to book at the last minute. The booking was simple, and the hotel worked well for a night's sleep. They also provided a free shuttle to and from the airport.

The service was terrible. The front desk couldn't help at all. I called several times for information about the shuttle, but they gave me the wrong directions and told me to wait outside the terminal exit. I waited 30 minutes until midnight and still couldn't reach the hotel, even though it's only 5 minutes from the airport. In the end, I had to find my own way there. There was no telephone in the room either. The front desk had forgotten to write the WiFi password on my room card, so I had to go downstairs and ask for it. What a wonderful experience at the express hotel. Stay away.

The free airport shuttle made things easy, and the hotel is very close by. Our room was a decent size, with a clean bathroom, though there weren’t many outlets near the bed. The place was clean and well equipped, and the receptionist was friendly and accommodating. We were checked in within minutes.

Really top level service. They went out of their way to help, and I’d absolutely recommend it.
