There was a rat in the kitchen cupboard at 15 River Street, Bath, so we had to find somewhere else to stay before spending even one night there. It was unsanitary and unfit for our family of five. We contacted the owners as soon as we found it, and they suggested the DIY man could come round. Later, they tried to say we hadn’t shown up and refused to refund nearly £1000. We also contacted booking.com, which tried three times to negotiate a refund for us but couldn’t. The owners were awful to deal with. Avoid this property.
