SACO Bath - St James's Parade

Judy, the manager, went out of her way to move us to a room where my 6’5 husband could sleep better. Our travel agent hadn’t passed on his height when we booked a studio. We came back to chocolates and champagne, and loved the place so much that we added another night. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, the beds were so comfy, and reception were kind and helpful about everything. We loved our weekend and will absolutely be back as soon as we can. Thank you for making it so memorable.

The location was so convenient, with everything a short walk away, and the apartment was exactly as described: clean, modern, well equipped, comfortable, spacious, and good value for money. Every member of staff we met, from front of house to housekeeping, was pleasant and helpful. I’ve stayed in various places in Bath over the years, but this had everything we could’ve asked for. I’d recommend these apartments to anyone and won’t stay anywhere else next time.

For dog owners, the place is dog friendly, and we weren’t charged extra for our dog. There’s a little garden a few meters away for a quick walk. We also liked how close it was to the train station and most Bath attractions. The apartment was much bigger than any apartment hotel I’ve stayed in, and the kitchen was well equipped with an oven, electric appliances, salt, sugar, oil, and more. M&S Foodhall is four minutes away. There weren’t many toiletries in the bedroom, so remember to bring shampoo and toothpaste.

We felt safe, the place was really clean, and there wasn’t much noise from outside. On the first night, the shower had a slight blockage, but the manager came out that evening and fixed it quickly. He was very nice and courteous, as were all the staff. My girlfriend booked the trip for my birthday after reading reviews, and we definitely want to come back.
