A nice place close to town and near Coral island. The rooms were clean, breakfast was nice, and the couple running it were lovely.

It's only about a five-minute walk to the main attractions, and I'd highly recommend this B&B. The hosts took plenty of time to chat with us. Our stay also included a great breakfast with lots of choice, and the room was lovely and clean, with good beds, a nice shower, tea and coffee, and a fridge.

Our rooms were ready when we arrived early, and they were clean and comfortable. My daughter said, "Jean, you cook the best bacon," and Franco was very friendly. On our last day, we could check out and leave our luggage while we took the children to the beach. We even had to write you a message in the sand.

Franco and Jean were very welcoming and willing to go out of their way to help, which made the trip from London to Blackpool worthwhile. Our triple and quadruple rooms had en-suite showers, comfortable enough beds, and amenities including WiFi. Breakfast was delicious every morning, the children really enjoyed it, and Franco catered to our needs well. The location was excellent, just a 2-3 minute walk from the Promenade, Sea Life, and amusements, and two minutes from the shopping centre. Cleanliness could be better, though, with some air freshening and carpet cleaning needed. There were no handwashing facilities in the bathroom. I suppose you get what you pay for.
