A family member was told by someone on site that the land belonged to the hotel and parking there was fine. They followed that advice, but later got a parking ticket. When I contacted the hotel, the reply was unhelpful and they accepted no responsibility for the misleading information. It feels unfair to be fined after being told parking was allowed. Guests should know they could face unexpected fines here. I wouldn’t return until the parking policy is explained clearly and honestly.

Parking was a problem, and the manager offered me a place in an abandoned lot. I ended up with a parking ticket. They promised to deal with it, but the fine has now gone to debt collectors, and the manager has been unhelpful and deceptive. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable service. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

We booked one night and had a lovely stay. The host made us feel welcome, the room and ensuite were clean, and even on a Saturday night it was so quiet we barely heard anything. Breakfast was lovely too. Thanks for having us.

Phil and Gary, who aren’t a couple, were great hosts. The location is excellent, and parking is available on a first-come basis. I paid £91.80 for two nights with breakfast included, which was a bargain. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Blackpool.

It’s very basic, but worked fine as a quick option for a couple of nights. The full English breakfast was plentiful and set us up well for a day out.
