The room was spotless, the hotel was very quiet, and the price seemed excellent. In my opinion, the room I had was worth more. Landlady Caroline was pleasant. Thanks for the help and hospitality. I look forward to seeing you in February.

Caroline made us feel very welcome, and our room was lovely and clean. Parking is the only downside, as spaces are very limited. If you ring to reserve one, Caroline will try her hardest to find you a place. She managed it for us. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed last night for a friend's 30th birthday. It's in a fantastic spot near town, with a car park around the corner that cost £12 for 24 hours. The room was very clean and the owner, Caroline, was lovely and kind. Some of us didn't make it downstairs because of sore heads, so we got a bacon butty to go. If we're back, we'll definitely stay here.

We were at Winter Gardens for the day, so the location worked perfectly. The host was really friendly and welcoming. Had a great stay, thank you. 😊 🙏

We were essentially told breakfast wasn't available, so I can't comment on it. The rooms are too small. The owner was vile and dishonest, and rude, obnoxious behaviour like that isn't how to run a leisure business. We stay in Blackpool regularly, but we'll never come here again. I had to give at least one star, though it deserved zero.
