The rooms were well equipped, though a little tiny. That didn’t spoil our stay, and breakfast was filling and well prepared. Nick and Nicky were extremely friendly and welcoming, and we were able to check in before 2pm, which helped, though we hadn’t expected it. The location worked really well for me. It’s past Blackpool Tower, away from the main strip, with a tram stop right at the end of the street. I was happy to walk and found the Tower was just over a mile away, about a casual 30-minute stroll. The Funny Girls show is about the same distance. Street parking in the area is free, too. A great stay in a decent spot. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Nicky adjusted the cooked breakfast to suit us, and the food was beautiful. The B&B was really clean, and we had a lovely two-night stay. I’d highly recommend it if you like a more personal touch than you get at a larger hotel. Thanks, Nicky and Nick, for such a comfortable visit. We’ll be back for a third time.

Just got home from another wonderful stay with Nick and Nikki at the Braeside. They made sure everything was fab, from a beautiful, clean, comfortable room to an amazing breakfast. Their restaurant recommendations helped make my birthday special. Thank you both so much, see you next spring x They really do go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and spotless, and breakfast is excellent. I loved it so much that I booked again 😁

The room was lovely and spacious, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Nicki and Nick were such warm, friendly hosts. We had a really enjoyable few days, and breakfast was excellent. Can’t wait to come back in September!

Breakfast is amazing quality, and the hosts are so friendly and helpful. This is a brilliant affordable base for exploring Blackpool, set in a nice quiet area on the seafront. Blackpool Tower and the dungeons are roughly a mile away, about a 10-15 minute walk. There’s a tram stop right outside and free parking in front of the hotel. For £6.60 you can get unlimited tram travel for 24 hours. I highly recommend it.
