We were really impressed and are already talking about another weekend away at this B&B later in the year. Rachel and Martin are welcoming, friendly hosts, and both room No. 1 and breakfast were of a good standard. I couldn’t fault the stay. It’s in a quiet spot, well placed for Southbourne restaurants, several of which are very good, and the beaches towards the eastern end of the sands. There’s no sea view, so you’ll need to look elsewhere for that, though the well executed paintings around the house help set the mood.

Breakfast was delightful, and Martin and Rachel were lovely hosts who really couldn’t have done more for us. Our stay at The Artists studio was perfect and very peaceful.

This guest house also has an Art studio, and it’s in a great spot near the beach and lots of lovely places to eat and drink. The hosts were perfect. Would thoroughly recommend!
