The concierge and maintenance teams really made our four years here enjoyable. They were consistently excellent, the shared areas stayed spotless, and the building felt very safe. Our flat was comfortable too, and the location was hard to beat, right opposite Waitrose and just a stone's throw from a great range of high-end shops. We’ve just moved out, and I’m sad to leave.

We dropped into Royal Winchester House without an appointment and Felicity, the Executive Lettings Manager at Bracknell, took time to answer all our questions. She knew the rental process inside out, was very helpful and professional, and even showed us a vacant apartment. Applying for a flat with her was straightforward and stress-free. We really appreciated her patience and time, and would highly recommend her for help with renting. Thanks, Felicity!

I know residents who stay at Royal Winchester House because they trust the support Aleks and Lucian provide, and I can see why. They keep a building of around 350 homes running smoothly, handling things calmly, professionally, and with a real willingness to help every household. Whatever the issue, they stay positive and focused on finding a solution, and their care for the residents and community stands out. Without them, this would just be another building. Their dedication doesn't go unnoticed, and Royal Winchester House is lucky to have them.

The concierge team has been the best part of our two years at Royal Winchester House. Aleks and Lucian are kind, professional, and always willing to go beyond what's asked. Whether we have a routine request or something urgent, they respond efficiently and with a smile, and make residents feel welcome and supported. Emilia also made a big difference when we moved in, making the whole transition smooth with her warm welcome and professionalism. The apartments are spacious and well designed, and the amenities, facilities, and maintenance have all exceeded our expectations. We've had a really good experience here. Emilia, Aleks, and Lucian will make you feel at home. Highly recommend, 5/5.

Aleks and Lucian do a great job managing the building and looking after residents. They're helpful, organised, and professional, and work hard to keep the standard of living high. Emilia also made things easy for me, guiding me through the process with clear communication and a friendly manner. I'm very pleased with the service and the property.
