Westfield Lodge

The room was simple, but clean and comfortable, and it was good value. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the airport shuttle runs both ways for free. You can hear planes overhead, but that's to be expected so near the airport.

The bathroom had a bit of an odd smell, but this was just what we needed before an early flight. It's inexpensive and very close to the airport, though it's under the flight path, so expect some aircraft noise. Checking in and out was easy, and the timing was flexible. I'd definitely stay again.

They looked after everything from leaving our car before our trip from Bristol Airport to picking it up the morning after our late flight. I was impressed with how they handled the car booking, the minibus transfers to and from the airport, the room and bathroom, and how friendly and helpful the staff were.

The place was very clean and nice, though the accommodation isn't fancy. The location feels a bit unusual, and we weren't sure we were heading to a place to stay, or maybe an airfield. Motion-activated lights outside are a nice security feature, but the blinds don't keep the light out very well.
