The neighborhood is peaceful, with a shop nearby and Cambridge Science park about a 15min walk away. I've stayed here several times and it's always been a lovely experience. The room is warm and clean, with a really comfortable bed, en suite shower, TV, hairdryer and the basics for making coffee. Definitely recommend it.

The connections into Town and to the Airport are handy, and we'd happily stay again. Charlotte made us feel very welcome for our weekend visit. Our room was clean and comfortable, we slept really well, and the Power Shower was a highlight. Breakfast was just right.

For the price, this is a really easy place to recommend. The room and bathroom were clean, WiFi was good, and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was good and had nearly all the things you might want. A hanging basket in the shower would be useful so bottles aren't left on the floor. I'd also have liked a vegetarian sausage option with the Full English. Bring your own shower gel.

The place was clean and comfortable, but the WiFi was so bad I spent more time using mobile data, which wasn't good when I needed to work. Breakfast wasn't available because of building work, as stated on booking.com. It's completely contactless, so it doesn't have that cosy, home from home B&B feel.

Alder Lodge Guest House is a comfortable, budget-friendly option in Cambridge, with free parking, room service, and free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV in each room. It's handy for sights including Corpus Clock (0.5 mi), Milton Country Park (0.8 mi), Kettle's Yard House and Gallery (1.8 mi), and Bridge of Sighs (1.9 mi). There are restaurants close by too, including Pint Shop, MillWorks, and River Bar Steakhouse & Grill. A convenient place to stay without spending too much.
