There's no lift, so be ready to carry your cases up the stairs. The apartment was really comfortable and had a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast supplies were left there too, including cereal, crumpets, bread, yoghurt, bananas, tea and coffee. It's within walking distance of the high street.

The owner was lovely and very helpful, and the apartment was spotless, even by my very high cleaning standards. It's a beautiful Regency apartment in a nice area, with on-site parking. The kitchen was well equipped, and breakfast goodies were included. It's conveniently placed for Sainsbury's, the town centre and the racecourse. Compared with our previous Airbnb in Leamington, which cost more, this place felt really grand. Highly recommended.

The property manager met me at the apartment and even helped carry my luggage up to the third floor. The one-bedroom place was beautifully furnished, and there was a generous supply of continental breakfast in the pantry and fridge.
