We were there for the opening day on Friday 13th February, hoping to see our granddaughter for the first time. The weather was miserable and snowy, but Michelle, one of the owners, gave us a lovely warm welcome. It's a beautiful touring site with a games room, TV, books, and plenty for families. The showers were nice and warm, everyone staying there was friendly, and the donkey was adorable.

The children had loads to do here, from the gated private play area and its lovely fairy garden to the games room and animals they could pet and ride. There are also gated pitches for dogs, and the place is dog friendly. The owners are friendly and the views are gorgeous. It's one of my favourite places to stay, and I absolutely love it.

We got to meet lots of the animals on site, and it was lovely to see how safely and lovingly they're cared for. Our hosts have been so friendly, and breakfast was fantastic, made with high quality produce sourced locally. We also enjoyed the lovely views from the breakfast table. We're staying in one of the B&B rooms, which was very clean when we arrived and came with quality toiletries, a fully stocked coffee machine, sweet treats, and more.

We first stayed for a few nights in March and liked it so much that we've already booked our third visit. The enclosed pitch is a real highlight, as there aren't many around. The animals are lovely, and Paul is brilliant with them, they all seem to love him. Paul, Michelle, and Ken are great hosts. The campsite has a games room, TV, books, and cooking facilities, while the toilets and showers are always spotless. Highly recommend.

The views are lovely, and there are plenty of places nearby to walk the dogs. The whole site is dog friendly. My wife and I arrived after dark on Friday for two nights in our caravan. Paul greeted us warmly, showed us to our pitch, and pointed out all the facilities. The site is brilliant, with very clean toilets and showers and a great games room. We had a great time and would definitely return. I'd recommend it 1000%.
