We found the house very nice and easily roomy enough for seven adults. It’s also in a handy location. A few small fixes would make things better, especially since other guests have already mentioned them. The dishwasher is rubbish. In the single bedroom, there’s no wardrobe, so at least a chair for clothes would help. Coat hooks in the hall and a shoe rack would also mean we could leave outdoor things there instead of carrying them into the living room.

We had a fantastic week and would happily come back, with a corkscrew packed next time. The house itself is spacious, very clean, nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and secure parking. Our room was just off a busy road, but the location was still great, right outside Cromer centre and close to lots of good days out. The shower was clean and powerful, though it’s the only one in the property and sits in the main bedroom’s en suite, which might not suit everyone. We also had full 4g signal on EE and O2, but there’s no wifi. A couple of practical things were missing or not working: we had to buy a corkscrew and bottle opener, and the dishwasher didn’t work. Those problems were mentioned in the visitors book too, so the owner may already have known.

We’ve used this house for family holidays four or five times, but it’s starting to feel a bit tired. The crockery and utensils need replacing, and a welcome pack would be nice since lots of other places provide one. We stayed somewhere else this year. It wasn’t bad, just not as appealing as before.
