I've stayed in a dog-friendly room several times now. The rooms are nice and big, with enough space for an 2XL crate. The bathrooms and beds are always clean, and the staff are consistently helpful and accommodating.

There were three of us, tired and bedraggled cyclists arriving on 29th December. After a long day riding, it was lovely to be greeted by a cheerful face from the woman working there. A really warm welcome.

I stayed at this Travelodge while work was being done on my house. Sue was a lovely, very friendly lady, and she was kind and helpful. The room was spotless and nice and warm, and the bathroom gleamed. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was fine. But don't stay here if you want to get any sleep. Every thirty minutes the plumbing made an extremely loud noise, like someone squeakily sliding down a metal pole, and it woke us each time. The walls were so thin I could hear every trip the person next door made to the toilet, seven times during the night.

The rooms had plenty of space, and the beds were comfortable. The shower was a little weak, though it was manageable.
