Jazz House

We booked at the last minute on the day and everyone was so helpful and accommodating. The room, kitchen, and lounge all looked beautiful, with lots of quirky touches that made the place feel special. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, and it was lovely to have an outdoor space. Being able to use a kitchen with a fridge, oven, and microwave was brilliant, and the coffee and milk were a great touch. It's in a nice, quiet area, but still within walking distance of the town centre. Free on-street parking outside was a bonus for us. We'd absolutely stay here again.

We spent two days in Derry and had a great stay at Jazz House. Many thanks to the management and staff of Clarence Properties, especially Emmet,Conor,Colin ,David and John. We look forward to meeting up again.

The shared kitchen had everything we needed, including an oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine. It was handy for storing snacks and making simple meals for day trips. We also liked having the communal lounge as a cozy place to unwind. Those shared spaces still felt much more like a hotel than a room in a shared Airbnb house. The shower facilities were modern and clean. We found the jazz house to be a unique gem. The decor was thoughtfully done, with artwork and vintage pieces giving the place real character, even compared with places we'd stayed in Ireland that cost much more. Before we arrived, communication was friendly, and check-in came with a warm welcome. The staff were lovely and made us feel at home. The location was ideal, a short walk from the city centre and close to plenty of shops. Free street parking was a definite plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with a comfortable, convenient base for exploring the city and lots of distinctive details. :-)

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There's plenty of street parking nearby, and it's an easy walk to the main part of town, even though the hotel sits up a hill. Inside, it was stunning, with amazing decor and rooms. Management has posted recommendations for local food, music, and events, and they're worth taking up. Such great value for a spectacular stay. Hope we can come back!
