This was easily the worst place I've ever booked. There was no hot water at all, and the shower didn't work, so I couldn't wash. The bathroom door also had no working lock. When I called a staff member to report the water problem, all she said was, "I don't know." I can't understand how someone there couldn't help with a basic utility like water. It felt like they didn't care about guests and only wanted to take our money. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else!If

I would only consider this hotel if everywhere else nearby were full. The room wasn't very clean, the bed was uncomfortable, and it was extremely cold. The windows clearly need attention, and the shower was awful, with barely any water pressure. The continental breakfast had very little choice, and having to park on the street was inconvenient.

The lady was very nice when we arrived, but there was a bag of some substance in the drawers and bedbugs all over the bed. Please be careful. We were refused a refund 🙏🏻

I arrived at 17.00 on 26th October 2025, as arranged, after booking the hotel, and found it completely dark apart from a small security light on the rear wall. The front door was shut and there was no staff around. Booking.com refused my refund request. I suspect this might be a big scam, so I've contacted Trading standards to investigate.

For £60, this was absolutely disgusting. I had to pay extra for an en-suite, but the shower didn't work, there was no hot water and the sink was blocked. The bedding was dirty, the TV didn't work and was falling off the wall, and there was mould all over the walls and windows. There wasn't even a towel, so I had to sleep in my clothes and couldn't wash. The room was in a different building from check-in, and I have limited mobility. Nobody mentioned the long walk or that it was an attic room with so many stairs.
