The bacon and venison pie was amazing, and even the humble cabbage was rich and full of flavour. Everything was good, and you can tell the Chef takes the food seriously. Come here and you won’t be disappointed.

The staff work incredibly hard and are a real credit to the Tiger Inn. They were so friendly and made our New Year stay a great memory. Our room was well presented, extremely clean, warm and comfortable, and we slept well. We enjoyed both the evening meal and breakfast 👍 No complaints from us. We’ll be back. HYN

It has that feel of an old hidden gem. The signature burger is good, and the place is cosy. Parking is easy, and the outside tables are nice when the weather behaves. It can get crowded since there aren't many tables. Dogs are allowed inside, which isn't always so pleasant.

We'd just finished a 10km hike and arrived a couple of minutes after 3PM, when food service had stopped. They kindly still let us order a couple of burgers, and both were 10/10. Great pub, delicious food, and fantastic five-star service. Thank you!

We've stayed at the Tiger twice now. It's very good value, especially next to the B&B prices some places are charging these days. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast is enormous, and the food and ales are great. It's an authentic old pub in a beautiful, peaceful village setting.
