The room was huge, easily the biggest I've seen in Europe in a regular hotel. Our group of four had plenty of space, which was a lovely surprise. Staff welcomed us warmly and gave us food recommendations after a long travel day. The location was great, with sights a short walk away and lots of coffee shops and smaller restaurants within five minutes. It's also near a main road, so taxis are easy to get.

The bathroom was enormous, with both a shower and a big bathtub. The room itself was bright, warm, quiet, clean, and roomy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The whole city centre is walkable from here. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

A special thanks to the staff at Albany Hotel Edinburgh who were working on the 21st and 22nd. They were so kind and understanding after a series of unfortunate things happened during our stay. The room was lovely, and the hotel felt warm and inviting while still having a classy feel. You could hear people talking in the hallway, but it was still a 10/10 experience. Definitely a place to stay in the city. I hope to come back soon. - Jenni

We spent our anniversary at the Albany Hotel in December. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was clean and well heated. Our room was fantastic. The city centre is easy to reach on foot, and there are plenty of local restaurants within a five-minute walk.

The location was great, with restaurants, cafes, and shops only a couple of minutes away on foot. It's also about a 5-7 minute walk to the bus station and 10-12 minutes to Waverly Station. Our room was large, nice, and updated, and the staff were friendly.
