KM Hotel

The location worked perfectly, close to both Arthur's Seat and the city centre. There's a great bar around the corner called Brass Monkey, and we also liked The Richmond Cafe. The staff were so friendly and loved our puppy. We were welcomed with a dog pack that had bowls, treats, a towel, and other bits, which was a lovely touch. The room was just right and the shower was especially good. A perfect weekend away with our puppy. We'd definitely stay again, thanks!

The staff were professional and attentive, and we found the location convenient. Our room was comfortable and well maintained. It was a pleasant stay that met my expectations, and I’d be happy to come back.

A relaxed and cosy base in the city centre, with lots of amenities nearby. Staff are really friendly and there around the clock. It suits a stay with friends or a work stop when location matters.

We haven’t checked out yet, but the negative reviews had made me a bit concerned, and I really can’t find anything wrong with our stay. The room and bathroom are very clean, the bed is so comfortable, and I slept well even though I usually struggle away from home. The staff have been wonderful, polite, and friendly, and nothing seems too much trouble. We needed a late checkout because my medication and treatment make me feel sick and dizzy in the morning, and they were able to arrange it. We’re here for work, close to our venue. I’d read complaints about doors being closed at different times, but that seems the same as other hotels we’ve used for work. People also mentioned noise from work vehicles, which I’d expect at a busy hotel. I’ll definitely return.
