The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good, though the double bed felt too small for two. Check-in was smooth: ring the bell twice, wait for someone to open the next door, and the instructions are clear. There’s a TV with Netflix, and the room is cleaned daily between 10 and 2. Security seems good, but there's a charge if you lose the key. There’s barely any storage, just three hangers, and not enough floor space to open a large suitcase. You can hardly move beside the beds. The lower-ground Wi-Fi is weak, so streaming is extremely slow. No kitchenette or microwave for heating food, and not many charging outlets, with no USB ports. The walls are thin. The basement felt suffocating because the heater runs automatically through the night until 10 in the morning. Try opening the small window for ventilation, and avoid rooms without one. Reception can’t be reached after check-in. Takeaway food can be collected from delivery apps like Uber.
