My family and I had a terrible experience here. We were asked for a 100-pound deposit when we arrived and told it would be refunded if nothing was damaged. Afterwards, they claimed a blanket had been urinated on, but refused to show any evidence when I asked. When I tried to inspect it, they said the office was closed. The apartment was spacious and clean, but the water pressure was so low I couldn’t take a proper bath, and there were no pans in the kitchen. When I contacted the manager about the pans, she made a racist comment that was completely uncalled for. We’ve travelled in several countries, and it’s upsetting that our Edinburgh visit included what felt like a scam. I’m warning others to be cautious and avoid supporting these practices.
