We had a meal at the steak house and ate the best steak we’ve ever had. The room was amazing and really stylish, and the pub downstairs, Beer and skittles, was excellent. One bartender in particular was welcoming and funny, and made our night. Excellent experience, definitely recommend!

The rooms were beautiful, with high ceilings and a great view, and the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is in a perfect central location. The only downside was the single glazing, which let noise in. Closing the curtains did help.
We stayed in a deluxe suite and will definitely return. The bathroom was a particular highlight, with its huge soaking tub. The room was perfection, and the staff were helpful and discreet. The location was ideal too, within spitting distance of the Playhouse and plenty of excellent restaurants.
The room was spacious, modern and very nice, and I especially liked the large pictures of Scotland on the walls. The shower was especially cool. This trendy boutique hotel is around a ten-minute walk from Princes Street. It’s a little off-centre, but Edinburgh is so walkable that it wasn’t a problem. My only negative was having no HVAC control in the room, so I had to open the windows to cool down. There’s no elevator, which didn’t bother me. After midnight, you need to ring the doorbell to get in. A very good stay!
We stayed in one of the suites and it was superb. The staff were friendly, and everything was close enough to walk to. We parked at the Q Park across the road using a hotel discount card. Great base for the Edinburgh Christmas markets, and I’d happily book again.
