We got helpful information before arriving, so everything went smoothly, and the owners and managers were easy to deal with. My daughter and I stayed one night for a recent wedding and were impressed by the room. We hadn't been able to book a twin, but they'd converted the king-size bed into twins without us asking. The room and bathroom were clean, with no surprises. It was tastefully decorated in calming colours, with period-style furniture and a lovely historical feel alongside the modern bathroom. I'd definitely stay at Broadway House again if I go that way.

Topsham was a gem of a find, and we ended up staying much longer than planned, wandering along Main Street and down to the Lighter Inn. We were so happy with our rooms at Broadway House in early June, on our way to Cornwall. They were spotless, beautifully decorated and had a really luxurious finish. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the extra space in the sofa room worked perfectly, though we agree the TV should be in there. I could have spent the whole afternoon in the bathroom, I loved its clean, modern design. The night cap was a lovely touch that added to the cosy feel. What a beautiful house, we can't recommend it enough. Go see it for yourself!

The train station was just a two-minute walk away, which made the location perfect for us. We had a great stay. Walking into the large, nicely decorated room with its super king-size bed made a lovely first impression. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The port shots were a nice drink before heading out.

Room #2 was huge, with luxurious linens on a very comfortable King Size bed. The newly renovated rooms are beautifully decorated, and the bathroom was lovely with good-quality toiletries provided. Roz was on hand if I needed help. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan to come back.

I liked getting a lovely serviced room rather than a traditional B&B, and the dining recommendations were spot on. The Port was a lovely touch. Booking was simple and the instructions were really clear. The rooms are great, as others have said, though I more or less took that for granted. What surprised me was how lovely Topsham is. We'll be back to Topsham and Broadway House.
