The host was quick to answer any questions, though we barely needed to ask anything. We came to Glasgow for our son’s wedding and needed a house big enough for the family. This one was just right: four good-sized bedrooms, two lovely shower rooms, a large kitchen and a great lounge with three comfy sofas. There’s outdoor space to sit in the sun too, and luckily it was sunny in Glasgow that weekend. We had a fantastic stay, and the hosts were great.

Getting into the city centre was easy, with a train nearby and a bus right outside the front door. The house was clean, spacious, well organised and well equipped. Having two bathrooms was very handy with a group, and the hosts were easy to reach and very helpful. All in all, a great stay. I’d definitely come back.

We had a nice stay with the family. My sister-in-law booked it, and the owner was very helpful. The rooms were nice, and the kitchen was a good size. There are big supermarkets nearby, including Tesco, with Asda a little further away. Celtic Park, home of Glasgow Celtic, is also very close if you’re a football fan. There’s a washing machine but no dryer, though that wasn’t a problem for us.

We loved our stay. The place is beautiful, well kept and in a great spot, with plenty of room and beds for all nine of us. We did have some trouble with the neighbours, but that wasn’t the owner’s fault.
