Once inside, the apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with laundry and dishes, and the keyless entry was handy. It's close to dining and bars. But we booked through a travel agency and got no entry instructions until we were standing at the door, on the phone with reception, waiting for them to email the details to the address they already had on file. You may need to take your phone out of its case for the key to work. There were several maintenance problems. The water heater quit on day two and was fortunately fixed within 36 hours. The tub was extremely slippery, and the toilet seat was unbolted. Maintenance couldn't fix it during the whole week, so I never felt comfortable in the bathroom. We were in town for business at the Scottish Events Campus, and this wasn't a convenient location for that. I'd have preferred somewhere with a more direct connection along ScotRail.

The apartment was very clean and we had a comfortable 2 night stay. My friends and I had an excellent time at the bath street premier suites and I'd definitely return. There were no reception staff, so when the email told me to use the bath street entrance, we had to search around until we found a poster saying rooms ending in the number 5 were at the Holland street entrance. On Saturday evening our key stopped working, so we called the out of hours number to have it reissued. They sorted it promptly.

The apartment was spotless and in a perfect location for our stay. The only issue was an unpleasant fishy smell when we first entered the kitchen, coming from some leftover 'juice' in the bottom fridge tray that hadn't been cleaned. It must have been missed by the cleaners. Once I cleaned it myself, the smell was better.

There was everything needed for an extended stay, and the place was spacious and comfortable. The mobile phone access system does work, but several times I spent up to 5 minutes waving my phone at the room lock before it finally opened.

The team were great, and we had no trouble using the contactless key app. The apartment was spotless and in a perfect spot for our needs. I’d happily recommend these suites and would definitely stay again.
