Tall Trees Glamping

We stayed at Tall Trees Glamping over the May half term, three families in our own lodges, and all had a wonderful few days. The area is peaceful, with plenty of outdoor room for the children to play at the end of the day, and many regional attractions are within easy reach. Jono was welcoming and quietly available whenever we needed anything. Our luxurious lodges had very comfortable beds, well-equipped living spaces and clean private bathrooms. We certainly hope to return.

The kids had a brilliant time playing football, renting bikes and using the games room, and we enjoyed making homemade pizza at the shared BBQ area. The BBQ right outside our tent was handy, too. Our family of four and our dog had a fantastic stay. The hosts were friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The tent was just as described, spotless and well equipped, with very comfortable beds. Little essentials were all there, from towels and toilet paper to shower gel, hand soap, salt and pepper, oil and bin bags. The indoor fireplace and electric heated blankets kept us cosy on the chilly April nights. We’ve already recommended the place to friends and family, and hope to come back.

The owner and family were really helpful and made sure we had what we needed. We had a great social meal for our party of 10 using the wood-fired pizza oven. The tents are comfortable and well equipped, with a fridge, hob and mini-oven. There’s no freezer, but ice is available. A lovely part of Somerset for glamping.

Jono couldn’t have been more helpful, considerate or obliging, and I’m sad to be leaving already planning a return. The location is stunning. Our lodge was tastefully decorated, carefully laid out and made great use of the space. It was a luxurious way to be close to nature without giving up the comforts. We had a really lovely stay at Tall Trees Glamping, and I’d highly recommend it.
