The breakfast was excellent, and the room and bed were very good. It's one of the best B&Bs I've ever visited. The bath felt too British for me as I'm from Switzerland. We were the only guests, so breakfast was served in our room, which was a little sad. If I come back to Hastings, this is where I'll stay.

The room was spacious and clean, with a nice shower and great coffee and tea facilities. The bed was lovely and had a good-quality mattress.
