I’m usually nervous about dental appointments, even though I worked at this practice for eight years a long time ago. Everyone was friendly from beginning to end, and my filling was done brilliantly and without pain. The new digital local anaesthetic pen is a game changer. I didn’t even realise I was getting an injection! Well done North Bridge Dental, you’re all amazing, 10/10 😁

After having a tooth removed four weeks earlier, I noticed a jagged edge sticking up in the gap during my volunteer shift on Tuesday morning. I called reception and asked to be seen. They said I could come in, but nothing would be done, and offered an emergency appointment for Thursday with the same explanation. Unhappy, I said I’d leave it. Back home, feeling the practice wouldn’t help, I pulled the jagged piece out and threw it away. About 30 minutes after my first call, the practice rang to explain the dentist thought it might have been bone rather than tooth. They offered to look at the gap if I came in, but said they wouldn’t do anything then. I declined. After 70 years as a patient, I was disappointed and felt unimportant and unvalued.
