Room 32 was bright and very clean, and everyone helped make my son’s and my stay a nice one. Ali, the main manager, was polite and helpful with anything I needed. He wasn’t on duty when I arrived, but came to check on me the first evening and introduce himself. Betty and Michelle cooked breakfast; they were cheerful and lovely, and gave me information about the town centre. They were happy to answer any questions too. Thank you!

The room was big, and breakfast was available for all guests. The manager, nani, was professional and very helpful. The cooks were friendly and polite, and the cleaners did a really thorough job.

It felt like a home from home, and we really enjoyed our stay. Great staff, a good location, and a lovely breakfast. Thank you.

The place was disgusting and the most unhygienic place I’ve ever walked into. I don’t know how it’s still open. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Pat and Vincent made everything easy during our two nights at AlexandraGuestHouse. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Our room was roomy and nicely furnished, with very comfortable beds, plus a mini-fridge with fresh milk and cookies. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of cereals, fresh fruit, and cooked choices, served in generous portions. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and would come back.
