The breakfast had loads of choice, with both hot and cold food, and it was lovely. There was a coffee machine available 24/7, which was a nice touch. Our room was big, clean and lovely, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a brilliant two-night stay, couldn't fault it, and will definitely come back.

The staff were the highlight, brilliant from check-in through breakfast. The room was fine, with comfortable beds and a TV, though it was a bit warm. Breakfast was included and did the job, even if the beans were a little mushy. Being attached to a large shopping car park made parking handy. For the price, it was decent, about 3.5 out of 5 for me. A convenient stop, especially with such a friendly team.

The rooms are on the small side, with limited amenities, and breakfast was decent. The hotel is inside a large shopping mall, so everything nearby is easy to get to. Parking costs £9 per night, but you can't take your car in and out multiple times. Good value for money overall.

The breakfast was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. All the communal areas were clean, as were the warm, roomy rooms. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Four adults stayed on Saturday 1st November 2025, and we'll definitely come back.

I called because I was worried I'd left some items at the hotel, and Jack's bubbly attitude made a great first impression. He looked into it for me, and when I wasn't available for a call back, he left a really helpful voicemail explaining what he'd done. Top-notch customer service, 10/10, would definitely recommend.
