The rooms were spotless, fresh, and clearly well looked after, which made everything comfortable. The hotel has a lovely, relaxing feel, and the staff were welcoming from the moment I arrived. They were friendly, always ready to help, and made me feel valued throughout my stay. I really enjoyed my time there. The surroundings, service, and clean rooms made for a fantastic experience. I’d happily recommend the hotel and would love to come back. 💗💗🥂✨

The hotel was locked up when we got there, and there'd been no email or other contact to say the booking was cancelled or the place was closed. Calls were blocked too, so there was no way to reach them. We’d booked two weeks earlier for the Coldplay concert and travelled four hours, only to end up sitting in a local McDonald's. After walking around for two hours, there was still nowhere else to stay, so we had to catch a train home. We couldn't see Coldplay. Customer service was absolutely awful because it simply didn't exist. False advertising.

They cancelled our booking for Coldplay in Hull shortly after we made it, saying they were overbooked. The room stayed advertised on booking.com for another two months.

My Hotels.com booking was cancelled the evening before the Coldplay concert, with the weather given as the reason. By then, hotels were either sold out or charging extortionate rates. Don't book.
