The Devonshire Villa

Matt and Amanda were fantastic and made things easy when we needed an early check-in to attend a funeral. The property and rooms are beautiful, and breakfast was freshly cooked to order with great quality ingredients. Would highly recommend.

The breakfasts are incredible, the hosts are wonderful, and the place is decorated superbly. What more could you ask for?

We had a great stay and will book again soon. The hosts were professional, friendly, and full of helpful local advice about what to see and where to go. Breakfast was first class, really well cooked, and the recently refurbished rooms were lovely, with a big comfortable bed. The harbour and shops are about a ten-minute walk away. It's also handy for heading out on the main road towards Barnstable, with lots of other coastal towns nearby for touring and walking. This is a fairly new venture for the owners, but they're well on their way to making it a success.

We spent two nights here and are already looking forward to another stay. There was a warm welcome when we arrived, parking on site, and a lovely newly decorated room with a great en-suite. Breakfast was amazing, and they were happy to help with anything. We wish you every success. If the other rooms get refurbished to this same standard, you'll earn some fantastic reviews. Many thanks.
