Linette and Dermot are wonderful hosts, and this is our favourite place to stay in Inverness. We've been twice now, and both visits were great. The rooms are so comfortable, and the breakfast is amazing. Dermot even took the time to point out places he recommends for day trips and explain how to get there. It's also perfectly placed for getting around town, with most food options an easy walk away. We'll definitely stay with them again next time we're in Scotland.

Lynette made me an amazing vegan breakfast, and the breakfasts in general were varied and really high quality, with homemade bread too. The hosts made everything feel friendly and relaxed, and seemed happy to do whatever they could for us. My Mum and I spent two nights at Inverness House during a two-week trip through the Scottish Highlands, and we'd love to come back. Lynette and Dermot were so welcoming and went out of their way to make the stay good. Our bedroom and bathroom were modern, spacious, and spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a fantastic, memorable visit and can't think of anything that could have made it better.

Linette and Dermot are kind, welcoming hosts, and the breakfasts were delicious. We stayed for two nights in late April. It's a lovely, modern house, thoughtfully designed, with luxurious rooms and a beautiful yard facing the canal. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Inverness.

The bedroom terrace, with seabirds calling outside, made for a magical experience. The home itself is gorgeous, with modern interiors, spotless rooms, plush beds, and beautiful bathrooms that look straight out of a magazine. The owners have put so much care into the details that make a stay special. We got the warmest welcome, and the place feels like a true home, so inviting and comfortable. It was a real Scottish experience in every sense, and an absolute five-star stay. My family and I highly recommend it to anyone travelling through or staying in Inverness.

We stayed at Inverness House for two nights in August 2018, our last stop on a trip through the UK. The room, the Alba Suite, felt quite luxe, and Linette and Dermot made sure we were very comfortable. We even made use of the hot tub right outside our room. The hosts shared helpful suggestions for places to see, things to do, and places to eat. We tried one of them, the Clachnaharry Inn, a fantastic pub with yummy food that was within walking distance. And Linette's breakfasts were fabulous. It was a very, very enjoyable stay and a lovely high note to end our trip on.
