Breakfast was freshly cooked to our choice, and we slept really well in the comfortable bed and quiet room. The guest house is about a 10-minute walk from town; there's no parking right outside, but we found a spot just metres away on a side road. We were warmly greeted at the door and shown straight to a spacious, clean room with all the basics. The generous tea, coffee and biscuit supply was a nice extra. We stayed two nights last weekend and couldn't fault it. We'll definitely stay here next time we're in Keswick.

Paul and Melissa were such great hosts, with plenty of local knowledge, and they even helped me tick off a couple of the fells I wanted to climb. Breakfast was amazing too, really tasty with lots to choose from. The B&B was beautifully decorated, and the beds and furnishings were so comfortable. I loved my Easter holiday stay and will be back very soon! Will

Melissa and Paul were so welcoming, and the breakfast options were lovely. The room was clean, comfortable and lovely, and it's a little B&B in an ideal spot. I'll definitely come back.

I've kept coming back to this friendly B&B many times over the last 18 years. It's just far enough from the town centre, while still being well placed for the lake and nearby walks. Highly recommended.

The room had lovely views, and breakfast was brilliant. Everyone was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I had a perfect stay at Lynwood and will absolutely come again. Couldn't recommend it more.
