We loved watching the birds at the feeders outside, and the sheep and cows in the fields made for a fantastic view. The lodge was peaceful, though still close enough to walk into Keswick. It was lovely and well equipped for self-catering. We had a great week and would definitely stay again.

We had a relaxing holiday in this comfortable, well-equipped lodge and I'm sure we'll book again. The bed was comfy, and bedding and towels were provided. There's outdoor furniture on the veranda for watching the birds at the feeders, and even bird seed and peanuts were supplied. It's a stone's throw from a pub serving food and drinks, and about a 20-minute stroll into Keswick.
